Everything You Need to Know

What is an escape room?

An escape room is a live 60-minute game. You and your team will step into a themed room with a unique mission where you will work together to uncover clues and overcome challenges to complete your mission

How do I book a reservation online?

Our Booking Process Is easy! Just click Book Online At the top of the page and chose the type of room, date, and time that you would like to book your escape room experience. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us and we would be happy to help you out. You can also book a room in person.

Should I arrive early?

Yes, thank you so much for asking! Please arrive 15 minutes early. This allows us time to go over the mission briefing and important rules and to make sure your game starts on time!

How do we ensure the safety of our guests?

Colonial Beach Games follows the CDC guidelines. We are doing extra cleaning in our lobby and in our rooms, including touch surfaces and puzzle items. We have added extra time between our scheduled rooms to insure cleanliness. Finally, we have made all of our rooms private so that you will never be grouped with other people.

What is your cancellation policy?

To Cancel Or Reschedule--**Please** contact us at least 6 hours prior to the appointment. If an appointment is not canceled or rescheduled 6 hours prior to the scheduled appointment and not rescheduled  24 hours after the appointment the deposit will be lost and cannot be refunded.

Is there an Age Limit?

Yes, there is an age limit for our Escape rooms. We require anyone under the age of 14 years old to be accompanied by an adult to play our Escape Rooms. All participants will sign a waiver at the front desk before playing our escape rooms.

Will I be playing with other participants not in my group?

All of our experiences will be private for the unseen future. This indicates that the friends and family you bring with you will be the only ones in the game room

Will I actually be locked inside of a room?

Nope, you're by no means genuinely locked in the room. The doorways will close behind you and the clock will begin the countdown from 60 minutes but you are free to leave the room at any time but the clock does not stop in case you exit the game before completing the game. So the takeaway from this is to use the restroom before you begin the game.

My Group Is A little Larger than the max capacity of the room. Can we still Play?

Yes most likely! But Please Contact Us and we can work with you to figure out the details.

Do You do Private Events?

Yes, we do private events like birthday parties, family reunions and company retreats. Please Give us a call or email us so we can work out the details.
